Also, I have the same problem too but, when I tried connecting my USB to the Ipad, it didn't do anything.

I just brought an iPad from fb and I turned it on it says “iPad is disabled” so I tried connecting it to iTunes and it says “iTunes could not connects to the iPad “iPad” because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter your passcode on the iPad before it can be used with iTunes.”

1) Disconnect all cables from your device.

2) Hold down the Sleep/Wake button, then "slide to power off" to turn off your device.

3) Press and hold the Home button and plug the device into your computer.

4) Continue holding the Home button until you see the Connect to iTunes screen.

All data will be lost
