    • Open the suitcase.

    • Open this switch cover and power off the device.

    • Slide the zipper this direction

  4. Bluesmart Black Edition Teardown, Lift away inner lining: step 4, image 1 of 1
    • Lift it out of the way.

    • Unscrew the 4 large Phillips screws

    • Unscrew the 8 smaller Phillips screws

    • Remove these 2 large Phillips screws

    • These screws are different than the ones from the previous step. Keep them separate.

    • Make sure they are all screws are completely removed before proceeding

    • Stand the suitcase up

    • Pull up on the handle

    • Only pull as far as shown in the photo, or you will end up breaking cables.

    • Carefully disconnect the 3 cables connecting the circuit board to the suitcase.

    • Pull by the connector, not by the wires.

    • We can now see the bottom of the circuit board. It has a QR code with a serial number or MAC address.

    • It also has a SIM card slot.

    • To remove the SIM card, use your nail to slide the metal bracket back

    • Then, flip the bracket, and slide out the SIM card.

    • Make sure the SIM card is all the way back in the bracket before closing.

    • To replace the battery, remove these 4 Phillips screws.

    • To remove the power switch, remove these 2 small Phillips screws.

    • You will need a smaller screwdriver

    • After removing the screws holding circuit board in place, you flip it down.

    • Cellular/GPS Antennas

    • Empty USB header used in the Bluesmart One

    • Bluetooth module (CC2541)

    • Microcontroller - ABOV 96F4548L (48KB ROM, 2KB EEPROM, 256B iRAM, 1.5KB xRAM)

    • Cellular/GPS Module (ZTE MF206A)
